Brand new and beautiful
Try to figure out how our engineers looked like while studying, several months ago, the specifications of what is to become soon the new VMI offering to the world of beaters for artisan bakers and pastry cooks: « Designing a beater that is more efficient, more reliable, easier to use and maintain, and cheaper than existing beaters and a beater which eradicates the theory stating that nothing is more like a beater than another beater! »… Challenge met? You tell us… We introduce you here in “Made in VMI”, what is still a prototype: the PH 410. It won't probably leave you unresponsive. Probably not very far from its version we will commercialize in the end of 2010, beginning of 2011, it is the result of long hours of research and development targeting 4 distinct aspects:
- Performance in terms of mixing,
- Ease of maintenance, particularly cleaning,
- Ease of use,
- Security.
Performance
When talking about performance, we undoubtedly look at quality and productivity. The PH 410 combines both of these components through optimization work based on a variety of experiments and modeling. Hence, the three main parameters (rotation speeds, whip sizes and position of the whip in the bowl) which take their part in identifying an efficient mixture, an overrun more precisely, have been defined with precision.
Ease of maintenance and cleaning
- Simple shapes with no containment zones (especially on the underside of the head, highly exposed to splashing in general)
- Rustproof environment,
- Minor enclosure surfaces,
- Transparent and removable hood,
- Rollers,
- Cleanable by hosing down.
Ease of use
- Considerable clearance of the tool,
- 2 flaps for the introduction of ingredients with integrated chutes,
- Control panel with pre-programmed recipe types,
- Single phased 220V power for the 40 L beater.
Security
- A stable machine even while functioning at high speeds
- Automatic stop if:
- no vessel, or
- head up, or
- no vessel cover, or
- main introduction trap is open.
Let us, of course, not forget to add to all these features all what made the success of the Phébus line of beaters. We are now waiting for your reactions and enlightened comments to correct its defects and make the PH 410 the beater you will be proud of when you will decide to equip your bakery or laboratory with it.
