VMI improves mixings obtained from planetary mixers
A set of experiments led by VMI, coupled with the desire to model the whipping process through stressing on appropriate non-dimensional numbers, constitutes a solid foundation for:
- designing mixers offering high performance in terms of quality and productivity,
- controlling scale phenomena when it comes to optimizing the dimensions of industrial capacity mixers (scale-up)
