Few companies can boast of concentrating more than 60 years in designing and manufacturing solutions for optimization of mixing. VMI-Rayneri applies this knowledge of solutions to many products and industries. This is how, over the years, we have designed equipment suitable for mixing paints, varnishes, inks, resins, adhesives and other coatings, other ranges dedicated to the manufacture of cosmetics and various pharmaceutical substances, mixers for food, sauces, meals, drinks and more, including many applications for specialty chemicals such as rubber, oil and lubricants, ceramics or explosives. It is through these numerous experiences and their particular problems in rheology, productivity and integration in complex environments, that we have built our expertise.
VMI-RAYNERI now supplies many industries, research laboratories and educational organizations all their mixing equipment that meet their needs in:
- Research and development through laboratory bench equipment for mixing of small quantities
- Medium capacity equipment for your production in small quantities as well as scalability factors so extrapolate from developed lab developments to industrial applications,
- Production in large quantities, up to several tens of thousands of liters, implemented through single vessels or multiple vessel platforms which in both cases are supplied as fully automated and integrated solutions.
