Fork mixers with emptying system

Designed for semi-industrial bakeries, these mixers allow the automatic emptying of bowls in a Europe hopper or tray, either by simple frontal tilting (bowl tipper) or by elevation and tilting (bowl lift). With a capacity of 115 to 160 kg of dough per bowl, these mixers are able to operate 24h/24, and combine the performances of the fork to the advantages of the automatic discharge. These equipments allow for effective work in strict compliance with safety standards and hygiene.
