Cooker-Mixers

The VMI Rayneri cooker/mixers incorporate all the know-how of the company in terms of mixing and heat transfer. These systems, using 1, 2 or 3 agitations, can chain up all phases of manufacturing processes among the most complex: preparation of textured bases, cooking, mixture, incorporating fragile ingredients…

Dosing of ingredients is carried out either by weighing or by volumetric dosing. Cooking is controlled by continuous monitoring of temperatures and exchange pressures and implemented either by steam injection or by heating the vessels' jacket. Cleaning of the unit may be provided by an automated Cleaning-In-Place system (CIP). Production is PLC driven which guarantees productivity, control and repeatability of processes, as well as traceability and maintenance assistance.
