Chemical Reactants
Chemical reactants are at the centre of the production system. In many cases, this element is a rough bowl in which the reactants are introduced either simultaneously or gradually, to react with each other. At the end of the reaction, the reactant is emptied to recover the final product. VMI-Rayneri offers a variety of reactants covering many applications.
- The dispersers perfectly meet the phases of wetting of powders, of dispersions and of pasting.
- The adjustable Multimix, dual coaxial movement blenders (slow/slow or slow/fast) mounted on an adjustable head allow the pasting and the dispersal of high viscosity products. Their fixed cover allows them to work in vacuum mode or under pressure.
